(N)TSCGEWÖU-ZH is a yellow, halogen-free medium-voltage reeling and trailing cable for mobile opencast mining equipment. Two model-specific datasheets cover 3.6/6, 6/10, 8.7/15 and 12/20 kV. The polyurethane sheath and polyester anti-torsion braid distinguish it from the rubber-sheathed ATB and other reeling constructions.
Where the ZH construction is used
Specified applications include power supply to draglines, shovels, dredges, drills and other moving machines exposed to abrasion and mechanical load. The datasheets list indoor and outdoor use. Confirm the actual reel path, travel speed, torsion, tensile load, temperature and termination arrangement before selecting a size. See the mining cable application guide for application context.
ZH here identifies the halogen-free polyurethane construction in these two documents. It is not interchangeable with the (N)TSCGEWÖU-ATB rubber-sheathed model; the sheath materials, bending and temperature data must be checked separately.

What to send for selection and quotation
Send the required voltage, phase and earth sizes, drum geometry, cable travel, bending points, tensile load, installation temperature, length and halogen-free documentation needs. TEBAOFLEX can then confirm the suitable size and order-specific documents. The ZH designation alone does not establish continuous underwater suitability.

Frequently asked questions
Does one diameter cover every voltage class?
No. The table separates the four voltage classes and their corresponding outside diameters.
Does ZH mean the same construction as ATB?
No. This ZH version uses halogen-free polyurethane inner and outer sheaths. Compare the complete construction and operating limits before substitution.
