For flame-retardant or fire-resistant cables that need special handling, we work with qualified logistics partners to support safe and punctual delivery. Store cable drums in a dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, acids, alkalis, oils and other corrosive materials. Keep drums horizontal, limit standard storage to 12 months and check insulation regularly during longer storage. We include storage guidelines when the shipment requires them.

Yes. Our team prepares bidding support documents, including UL, CUL, VDE, CE and KCS certificates when the product scope applies. We also provide recent type test reports, ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates, CQC factory inspection information, technical specifications, material lists, performance parameter tables, after-sales commitments and quality assurance agreements.

Your team can also check samples before installation. We provide samples within 5 meters free of charge, and the customer pays the freight.

Select cable cross-section according to load current, allowable voltage drop, installation environment and mechanical strength. In many projects, engineers control voltage drop within the project requirement and derate cable capacity in hot, humid or crowded installation conditions.

TEBAOFLEX reviews drawings, equipment parameters and working conditions, then gives selection advice or customized calculations for a more suitable cable size.
