Hydraulic Umbilical Cable for ROV and Subsea Equipment | TEBAOFLEX
TEBAOFLEX Hydraulic Umbilical Cable combines high-pressure hydraulic hoses with optional power, control, signal and fibre-optic elements for ROV, subsea, offshore and underwater equipment. Custom core counts, conductor sizes, tensile members and water-protection options are available.
Custom Hydraulic Umbilical Cable
TEBAOFLEX Hydraulic Umbilical Cable integrates high-pressure hydraulic control hoses with electrical conductors, signal cores and optional fibre-optic elements in one coordinated umbilical assembly. It is intended for underwater, offshore and industrial equipment that needs reliable hydraulic control together with power, control or data transmission.
The umbilical can be engineered around the equipment layout, operating depth, hydraulic pressure, movement pattern and required communication functions. The final construction, materials and testing requirements should be confirmed from the project specification before production.
Product Features
- High-pressure hydraulic control hoses for hydraulic tools and equipment.
- Combined hydraulic, electrical, signal and optional optical-fibre functions.
- Configurable construction from 1 to 60 electrical cores.
- Conductor cross-sections from 0.08 mm2 to 35 mm2, subject to the selected design.
- Optional water-tightness compound, sealant or water-blocking yarn.

Selection and Installation
To select the correct hydraulic umbilical cable, confirm the hydraulic medium, working and burst pressure, hose quantity, electrical core arrangement, fibre-optic requirements, operating depth, minimum bending radius and expected movement. The required suspended load, pulling force, water exposure, abrasion risk and installation length should also be provided.
For dynamic subsea service, the umbilical should be routed and supported according to its approved bending radius and tensile-load design. The hydraulic, electrical and optical elements must be protected from excessive twisting, crushing and out-of-plane bending during deployment and operation.
Ordering Information
Hydraulic Umbilical Cable is supplied as a project-based product. Minimum order quantity, lead time, construction drawing, testing plan and delivery schedule are confirmed after the technical requirements are reviewed.
When requesting a quotation, please send the equipment type, hydraulic pressure, hose requirements, electrical and fibre-optic functions, operating environment, cable length and quantity. TEBAOFLEX will prepare a suitable configuration and technical proposal.
