FESTOON PUR FO 2×12/125 Fibre Optic Cable is a flexible data-transmission cable for heavy-duty crane trolley and festoon systems. It combines two 12-fibre optical elements with dielectric reinforcement and a black matte PUR outer sheath for moving industrial installations.
Crane Trolley and Festoon Applications
Use this cable on motor-driven festoon trolleys that carry round or flat cables on crane systems. It supports optical-signal transmission in material-handling installations where fast travel, flexible movement and outdoor durability are important.
Flexible PUR Construction
- Two 12-fibre tubes can be supplied with E9/125, G50/125 or G62.5/125 fibre designs.
- Synthetic strain-relief elements and a low-shrinkage multifilament braid support dynamic motion.
- The reinforced thermoplastic PUR outer sheath is halogen-free, matte black and reinforced with dielectric yarns.
- The specified trolley travel speed is up to 240 m/min.
