FD 05855 P is an unshielded TPE-PUR servo cable for moving machine components, power chains and industrial control circuits. Fine-stranded copper conductors, TPE core insulation and a grey PUR outer sheath support flexible automation-cable routing.

Use FD 05855 P for measurement, control, regulating and auxiliary-power circuits in machinery, production lines and automation systems. Select the exact core count and cross-section according to current, voltage drop, movement cycle and protective-conductor requirements.
Construction
- Fine-stranded bare copper conductors to EN 60228 Class 6.
- TPE core insulation with black cores and continuous white numbering.
- Green/yellow protective conductor for applicable configurations.
- Non-woven wrapping and a grey RAL 7001 PUR outer sheath.
Technical performance
The cable is rated 300/500 V and tested at 4 kV. Flexible installation is specified from -40°C to +70°C, while fixed installation is specified from -50°C to +70°C. Minimum bending radius: 5 × cable diameter for flexible use and 3 × for fixed installation. The sheath is flame-retardant to EN 60332-1-2, UV-resistant to ASTM G154 and halogen-free.
