What information can TEBAOFLEX publish about customer cable projects?
We can publish technical and visual information that is supported by available project material and does not disclose customer-sensitive details. Customer names, commercial terms and confidential project information are not published without permission.
Can TEBAOFLEX recommend a cable from an existing marking or drawing?
An existing marking or drawing is a useful starting point, but the application, voltage, core arrangement, movement, installation route, environmental exposure and required standards must also be confirmed.
What documents may be available for an industrial cable project?
Depending on the confirmed product and order scope, documentation may include a technical datasheet, construction drawing, marking confirmation, routine test report, inspection record and packing information.
Can cable construction be reviewed for a specific machine or environment?
Yes. The review can consider equipment movement, bending or reeling duty, temperature, oil, water, abrasion, mechanical loading, screening, grounding and other confirmed project conditions.
What should be included in a mining, crane or offshore cable RFQ?
Provide the application, equipment, system voltage, conductor size, number of cores, movement, installation route, environmental conditions, required standards, quantity, drum length and delivery destination.
Can TEBAOFLEX support export drum packing and project documentation?
Export packing and document requirements can be reviewed as part of the confirmed order scope. Buyers should state the required drum length, marking, packing method, inspection and shipping-document requirements in the RFQ.
