PUR 4×18 AWG ROV Signal Cable | TEBAOFLEX
TEBAOFLEX PUR 4×18 AWG ROV Signal Cable is designed for underwater signal, control and low-voltage auxiliary connections in ROV systems, subsea equipment, cameras, lights, sensors and marine inspection devices. The PUR outer sheath provides flexibility, abrasion resistance and protection against seawater and wet operating environments.
PUR 4×18 AWG ROV Signal Cable for Underwater Equipment
TEBAOFLEX PUR 4×18 AWG ROV Signal Cable is a flexible underwater cable designed for signal, control and auxiliary power connections in remotely operated vehicles and subsea equipment. It is suitable for applications where compact size, reliable transmission and resistance to seawater, abrasion and repeated handling are required.
The cable uses 4 cores of 18 AWG flexible copper conductor with a tough PUR outer sheath. Compared with standard PVC jacketed signal cable, PUR provides better mechanical strength, oil resistance, wear resistance and low-temperature flexibility, making it more suitable for ROV operation, marine inspection tools and wet industrial environments.
This cable can be used for ROV cameras, LED lighting, sensors, grippers, control circuits, underwater instruments and auxiliary connections. For applications requiring long tether length, high tensile load or neutral buoyancy, TEBAOFLEX can adjust the construction with shielding, aramid strength member, foam PUR jacket or customized buoyancy design.

FAQ
What is PUR 4×18 AWG ROV Signal Cable used for?
It is used for underwater signal, control and low-voltage auxiliary connections in ROVs, cameras, lights, sensors and marine inspection equipment.
Can this cable be used as the main ROV tether?
For light signal or auxiliary lines, yes. For main tether applications requiring high tensile strength, long cable length or neutral buoyancy, a customized ROV tether design with strength member and buoyancy control is recommended.
Is shielding required for this cable?
It depends on the signal type and installation environment. If the cable is used near motors, power cables or noisy control systems, an overall foil or copper braid shield is recommended.
