JZ-602-C Screened PUR Control Cable 600 V is a flexible polyurethane control cable for industrial connections, control circuits and moving machinery. Its finely stranded copper conductors and abrasion-resistant PUR outer sheath support dependable cable routing in machine tools, plant engineering and automation equipment.
Its overall tinned-copper braid is designed for EMC-conscious control and connection applications in moving industrial machinery, including outdoor and wet-area installations.
Construction and Performance
- Conductor: bare fine-stranded copper to IEC 60228 Class 5.
- Screen: tinned copper wire braid with approximately 85% coverage.
- Core system: black PVC cores with continuous white numbers and a green-yellow protective conductor from 3 cores upward.
- Outer sheath: grey full polyurethane for abrasion, cut and notch resistance.
