EFK Feedback-CP(i) Screened PUR Drag Chain Feedback Cable is a flexible encoder and resolver connection cable for servo controller feedback circuits in machine tools and drag chain systems. It combines extra-fine stranded copper conductors, TPE insulation, a tinned copper braid screen and an orange polyurethane outer sheath for dependable signal transmission under medium mechanical stress.
Applications
EFK Feedback-CP(i) is suitable for encoder and resolver connections between servo motors and controllers where repeated movement, compact routing and electromagnetic protection are required. Construction and Key Features
- Class 6 extra-fine stranded bare copper conductors to DIN EN IEC 60228.
- TPE core insulation and an orange RAL 2003 polyurethane outer sheath.
- Tinned copper braid screen with approximately 85% coverage.
- UL/CSA specification, flame-retardant, halogen-free, UV-resistant and oil-resistant construction.
- Temperature range: -50°C to +80°C fixed; -40°C to +80°C moving.
- Minimum bending radius: 5 × overall diameter fixed; 7.5 × overall diameter moving.
- Up to 5 million bending cycles under suitable drag chain conditions.
