ECS-HT VDE 10 kV Silicone Ignition Wire is a single-core, high-temperature ignition cable for electric-arc and burner ignition circuits. It combines a flexible tinned copper conductor with EI2 silicone insulation for demanding thermal environments.
Applications
This ignition wire is specified for ignition circuits and electric-arc generation in piezo-electric components, gas burners, oil burners, boiler equipment and professional appliances.
Construction and Performance
- Flexible Class 5 tin-plated copper conductor supports practical installation.
- EI2 silicone insulation supports continuous operation from -60°C to +180°C.
- The construction is referenced as halogen-free to IEC 60754-1 and EN 60754-1.
- Standard insulation colour options include white, black, brick red and colourless.
