JZ-602 RC-PUR Robotic Drag Chain Control Cable is a flexible polyurethane control cable for industrial connections, control circuits and moving machinery. Its finely stranded copper conductors and abrasion-resistant PUR outer sheath support dependable cable routing in machine tools, plant engineering and automation equipment.
This cable is intended for continuous flexible use in robot technology, machine tools and moving automated equipment where medium mechanical stress and free movement occur without tensile loading.
Construction and Performance
- Conductor: extra-fine bare copper to IEC 60228 Class 6.
- Core insulation: special PVC with black cores and continuous white numbering.
- Core assembly: optimized lay lengths with fleece wrapping over each layer.
- Outer sheath: special grey full PUR designed for resistance to oils, coolants, UV, ozone and hydrolysis.
