GP 400 TF DR Triple-Flex PUR 400 Hz Aircraft Ground Power Cable is a triple-flex drum cable for motorized cable reels and suitable cable-carrier systems. Its documented construction combines large power cores, additional power/control elements, and small numbered control cores for demanding mobile ground-power duties.

Applications

Use this cable for motorized reel installations with a drum core diameter of at least 600 mm or in appropriate cable carriers. Confirm cable routing, pulley geometry, travel duty, and conductor arrangement before final selection.

Construction and Performance

  • Fine-stranded bare copper conductors to IEC 60228 Class 5.
  • Black numbered 70 mm² power cores, blue 12 or 16 mm² cores, and white numbered 1.0 mm² control cores.
  • Red PUR inner sheath, aramid supporting screen, and yellow abrasion-resistant PUR outer sheath.
  • Low-capacitance insulation with layered optimized stranding for repeated winding.
