CS-HT / CSV-HT / CSVCS-HT Silicone High-Voltage Ignition Wire is a flexible single-core wire range for ignition circuits and electric-arc applications. The range combines silicone-based insulation with conductor and braid options selected for high-temperature pulse-voltage service. It is intended for engineered ignition assemblies; confirm the final construction, colour and voltage requirement before ordering.
Applications
These ignition wires are suitable for piezoelectric ignition components, gas and oil burners, boilers and professional heating appliances. They can also be specified where flexible high-voltage wiring must operate over a wide temperature range.
Construction Options
- CS-HT: silicone rubber insulated construction.
- CSV-HT: silicone rubber insulation with a silicone-coated fibreglass braid.
- CSVCS-HT: double silicone rubber insulation with an intermediate fibreglass braid.
- Conductor options: bare, tin-plated, silver-plated or nickel-plated copper; selected variants may be available with a pure nickel core.
- Optional protection: an outer tinned-copper braid screen and additional flame-propagation construction can be specified where required.
