The Aircraft Lift-T PUR Trailing Cable is a hybrid cable solution for aircraft support and positioning equipment. It integrates power, control and screened data circuits in a flexible, abrasion-resistant PUR construction for trailing applications around aircraft assembly and heavy-load support systems.
Applications
This cable supports control and positioning functions for load-support robots and aircraft lifting equipment. It is suitable for outdoor trailing service where UV exposure, weather, oils and repeated movement are expected. The available configurations combine power and control circuits with screened data pairs for positioning systems.
Construction and Features
- Extra-fine bare copper conductors to IEC 60228 Class 6 for high flexibility.
- Power and control cores with numbered identification; protective conductor where specified.
- Twisted data pairs with foil wrap and approximately 85% tinned-copper braid screening.
- Durable PUR outer sheath with integrated support braiding.
- Halogen-free, low-adhesion sheath designed for abrasion, UV, oil, hydrolysis and microbial resistance.

Configuration Notes
The 70736 configuration uses cold-flexible special PVC insulation and a grey RAL 7001 PUR sheath. The 77548 configuration uses TPE-E insulation, includes a green-yellow protective conductor and has an orange RAL 2003 PUR sheath. Confirm the required core arrangement, data-pair count and installation route before specifying a cable.
