NSSHCGEOEU is the twin-control plus monitoring variant of the TEBAOFLEX MV reeling cable range, featuring 3 power cores + 2 control pairs (2ST) + monitoring conductors (ÜL) in a single red 5GM5 sheath. Designed for heavy mobile mining equipment where real-time condition monitoring is required alongside auxiliary control power, it eliminates the need for a separate trailing cable. Manufactured to VDE 0250-813 with EPR 3GI3 insulation and polyester anti-torsion braid.

What Makes NSSHCGEOEU Different

The NSSHCGEOEU is the most conductor-dense variant in the TEBAOFLEX MV reeling family. While the base (N)TSCGEWÖU MT carries 3 power + 3 earth cores, NSSHCGEOEU adds two twisted control pairs (2ST) and one or more monitoring conductors (ÜL) inside the same outer diameter. This design serves two purposes simultaneously: delivering MV power to the machine and providing a dedicated channel for condition monitoring signals (temperature, vibration, oil analysis) without an extra cable.
