3GSLTOE Spreader Cable is a 0.6/1kV heavy-duty flexible cable for gravity-fed collector baskets and vertical hanging routes on container-crane spreaders. TEBAOFLEX supplies this model for projects that require stable power, control and optional data transmission while the cable repeatedly travels, bends and carries its own suspended load.

This is a project-configured cable: core count, cross-section, control circuits, screen arrangement, data elements, support construction and final test requirements are agreed from the crane duty cycle and installation geometry before manufacture.

  • Support option: aramid reinforcement selected for hanging length, cable mass and tensile requirement
  • Outer sheath: black special PUR compound

Installation and selection notes

For collector-basket systems, cable lay direction, basket diameter, basket height, hanging length and strain-relief location should be defined with the crane designer. As a reference, basket diameter can be planned at a minimum of 30 x cable diameter and basket height at approximately 45 x cable diameter; the final installation drawing takes precedence. This model is intended for vertical basket operation, not as a substitute for every reeling or festoon cable duty.
