JZ-45440 P PVC-PUR control cable is an unshielded, flexible industrial control cable for machine tools, industrial machinery, measurement control and electrical equipment. The 300/500 V cable combines fine-stranded bare copper conductors, TPE core insulation and an oil-resistant PUR outer sheath for installations exposed to normal mechanical stress in dry or wet production environments.

JZ-45440 P is suited to machinery and production-floor installations where a compact, flexible control cable is required. It can be specified for machine tools, control panels, handling equipment and electrical connections where the operating conditions match the cable’s voltage, temperature and bending requirements. Outdoor use is possible within the permitted temperature range.
Construction and material design
- Conductor: bare fine-stranded copper in accordance with EN 60228 Class 5.
- Core insulation: TPE compound.
- Core identification: black cores with continuous white numbering in accordance with DIN VDE 0293.
- Stranding: cores stranded in layers with an optimized lay length.
- Outer sheath: special grey PUR outer sheath, RAL 7001.
The cable is unshielded. Where an application requires EMC screening or a screened data-and-control construction, the cable selection should be reviewed before ordering.

Performance in industrial environments
The PUR sheath is designed for extensive oil resistance, abrasion resistance and notch resistance. It also offers a low-adhesion surface and resistance to hydrolysis and microbes. These properties support reliable routing through machines and equipment where lubricants, dampness or routine mechanical contact may be present. The cable is also described for UV resistance in accordance with ASTM G154.
