H01N2-E is a 100 V ultra-flexible, single-core rubber welding cable for robotic and automated welding operations that require a highly flexible copper conductor.
Applications
This cable is intended for welding robots, automotive production, shipyards, and manually or automatically operated line and spot welding. The specified construction is resistant to temperature changes, ozone, radiation, oils, acids, fats, and petrol.
Construction and Performance
- Extra-flexible conductor to Table B.2; generally Class 6 flexible copper.
- PET separator and black rubber sheath provide a robust single-core structure.
- Suitable for low- and high-temperature operating environments within the specified range.
- Flame-retardant performance is specified to IEC/EN 60332-1-2.
