H01N2-D welding cable is a 100 V, single-core flexible rubber cable designed for welding robots, manual and automated spot-welding lines, and high-current interconnections.
Applications
Use H01N2-D cable in automotive production, shipyards, welding cells, battery interconnections, and battery storage systems. Its robust structure is specified for operating conditions involving oils, acids, fats, petrol, ozone, radiation, and temperature variation.
Construction and Performance
- Generally Class 6 flexible bare copper conductor for high flexibility.
- PET separator supports the single-core cable structure.
- Black or red rubber sheath options are specified.
- Flame-retardant performance is specified to IEC/EN 60332-1-2.
