The TEBAOFLEX (N)GFLCGÖU Screened Flat Festoon Cable is a flexible 300/500 V control cable for crane, lift, conveyor and festoon installations. Its flat profile supports compact routing, while the tinned copper braid screen helps reduce electromagnetic interference in control circuits.
Applications
- Crane and hoist festoon systems
- Lifts and elevators
- Floor conveyor and material-handling equipment
- Gantry crane systems where a flat cable profile is required
Key Features
- 300/500 V rated voltage for control and connection duties.
- EPR insulation and a black chloroprene rubber outer sheath for industrial service.
- Tinned copper wire braid screen for improved electromagnetic compatibility.
- Suitable for fixed installation from −50°C to +90°C and moving applications from −30°C to +90°C.
- Designed for festoon travel speeds up to 180 m/min; not intended for torsional service.
