JZ-500 PUR Control Cable 300/500 V is a flexible polyurethane control cable for industrial connections, control circuits and moving machinery. Its finely stranded copper conductors and abrasion-resistant PUR outer sheath support dependable cable routing in machine tools, plant engineering and automation equipment.
The grey-sheathed cable is intended for flexible use under medium mechanical stress without tensile loading or forced motion control, including dry, damp, wet and outdoor locations.
Construction and Performance
- Conductor: bare, fine-stranded copper to IEC 60228 Class 5.
- Core insulation: PVC compound TI2 with black cores and continuous white numbering.
- Outer sheath: grey TMPU polyurethane designed for abrasion, notch and tear resistance.
- Resistance: oil, UV, weathering, hydrolysis, coolants, hydraulic fluids and selected chemical media.
